        Been going to this practice for years now. They are my familys doctors. Great help, although sometimes hard to get through to reception on the phone.

        Spent over an hour on the phone twice at caller number 27 and above. Getting down to caller number 2 to be then cut off. Would be nice to talk to reception to get an appointment. Now to complain their phone system needs to be reviewed.

        It's hit and miss here, the queues to check in are always long, no idea why they haven't fixed the check in machine in years. Appointments take forever as do referalls, I was referred to a clinic 3 months ago and still have heard nothing. Also I went today for an appointment and the toilet had no soap I he dispenser and so I went to use the hand gel on the wall opposite the toilet and that was empty too. Not very hygienic for a doctors surgery

        Been with this GP since I was 5 and still with them! A lot has changed, never see the same doctor but Im ok with that as long as I can be seen when needed. So far never had a problem getting an appointment Reception has always been polite
