Very poor maintenance, borderlines health threatening (mould, humidity..), despite numerous reports, impossible to communicate with, barely speak English, overly priced rents, they cram 5 of you in a 1 bedroom flat using partition walls, dodgy contracts, they let themselves in and out of the flat, they rented to us past their own rent contract end date and then tried to get us to move after only two months, which they'd just down to one of our flatmates. You WILL have a problem with them.

One of the slimiest and dirtiest organisations in London. My partner and I rented a room in an apartment in Camden Town-early 2017. Less then a fortnight into our contract they sent a notice requiring possession. Beyond being unethical this is in fact illegal-we had signed an AST contract garuanteeing that we would be unable to be evicted for the first 12 months of our contract. They knew that we were young and foreign and they tried to take advantage of us. During the resolution of this issue they were slow and reluctant to communicate, and it wasnt untill they had been backed into a corner and threatened with legal action that they were willing to comply. I would advise both tennant and property owners to not engage with these deceitful people.

Pictures are better than words: Landlord/tenants , beware. If you want your flat look like that, go for it........
