I was quite surprised how unhelpful they were with a lock that would not work. So I went to Barry Bros in Paddington who solved the problem immediately.

Popped in last Saturday and purchased a lock. Staff were top drawer, informed, friendly and super helpful. I went there after having the opposite experience at Tool Station Chalk Farm. Highly recommend Franchi Kentish town !
