Horrible borderline staff, I went here to pick up a form for my disabled friend's social worker, the staff here sent me back and forth, told me if I ask them for a form again they will set their security on me and falsely accused me of 'threatening' them.

Joan is a rude tyrant. I came in 10 minutes before my appointment and she tells me why am I late and did not apologise. She belittled me in so many ways it felt like I was getting interrogated at the police station. At the end I canceled my UC because i refuse to enter that job centre and Joan was not much help at all. Joan you Coward.

I spoke to a really lovely lady who I think was called Cindy, who made me feel at ease and couldn't do enough to help me. Whenever I've been in job centres in the past I feel the workers have been condescending and rude, but this lady was the opposite, she was approachable, down-to-earth and compassionate, and just the sort of person you need when you're feeling vulnerable and struggling.

I went to job center to get travel discount card I had arrived on time 3:40pm after the an hour wait 4:40pm African lady said to me I have to come tomorrow because our time has been finished even 20 minutes left for closing. Next when I came I got it in five minutes.
