Poor understanding of materials, poor customer service. Avoid if you can. I came to get a curtain shortened and they offered to wash it too. I thought sure, why not. It came back way too short and apparently it's my fault for not asking for it to be dry cleaned, because apparently everyone knows this material shrinks in the wash. So I spent 30 (already way too much), was refused a refund, and have to buy a new curtain too. Thanks. I don't like leaving bad reviews but it's only fair to warn others.

Incredibly bad customer service, do not use. They did not complete a repair and tried to charge me full price without acknowledging a half complete job. They then told me it would cost over double the original price. Very rude and they undid the repair when I said I would not pay!

4 days ago dropped off my ironing. Was told not to come before 6pm to pick it up. Arrive at 6:30pm to the shop (closing time advertised as 7pm) and its closed with no answer on telephone. I am going away on holiday tomorrow now without my ironing. Too unreliable - DO NOT come here
