I have to report this incident because its to upsetting for words. Today Thursday 24th Nov. my sister was given a 2.30pm appointment by a junior doctor because she was unwell. We arrived at 2.14 and were not seen until 3.10 after complaint several times to what was the hold up. He appeared at 3.10 and pointed out that the monitors were not working. We were ushered into room one which appeared to be a store room with fridges for vaccine and half a couch. No desk no chair and certainly no computer. I had the stand for over 20 minutes while he examined my sister. This was surely unprofessional conduct to say the least as my sister and I are in our seventies. This was the absolute lowest this practice could stoop. The practice a state of the art clinic with numerous rooms I find hard to belive that there wasn't a consultation room available. An absolute shocking and worrying experience. We would appreciate an energetic response to this calamity which is nothing short of minty python

Unfortunately, this practice has been my long term GP and if I have to be brutally honest, it's just going down the drain. The system to get an appointment is pathetic and you would have to be literally dying or on the verge to be seen by a doctor or even speak to one. The staff don't know what they're doing and lack the basic mannerisms in dealing or speaking to people. They don't listen to or follow simple requests which I'm sure is in their job description as a receptionist/administrator. Therefore, you're calling in a few times and being held in a queue for up to an hour for something that should have been done the first time. And, what's more infuriating is when you finally speak to a GP, you get them ones who ask you "what will you like us to do?" And that's after you have literally explained your symptoms. I mean aren't they the ones who went to medical school with a PHD? So it becomes very questionable whether they even know what they're doing when they are treating you.
