Very unprofessional and weird ; I booked my appointment; when I arrived, she was dying another customers hair; she just said sorry I didnt see your appointment I have to change your appointment, it has happened to my other customers before and they were ok about that !!!!!!! So it means she doesnt care and respect about peoples time and plans !!! (Also, her customers hair colour that she was dying was not nice at all) So Customer service and quality service 0 out of 5

Literally i never write reviews but now i trust the bad reviews regarding the appointments in this hair saloon. I still wanted to give it a try so I had a booking for yesterday at 15:15h for a simple haircut, booked a few weeks ago. Yesterday I got a message at 10am saying that they were cancelling my appointment and if I could come at 1pm instead. Nope, I couldnt bc I was still at work at that time. I replied that I could make it at the same time at 15:15 the day after (today), and to please confirm me the booking, and they replied that it was confirmed. Today I got there at 15:15 and they told me that im too early, that my booking is at 15:30, and that they were with another customer. I say that Im not mistaken with the time, and I show them the texts where they clearly say 15:15. They insist that they dont know what happened and that they wont be with me til after 45 minutes because they have a long procedure ahead with the other customer. I ask if I can wait inside then but they say no, and tell me to leave and come back after 45 minutes. So even if it was true that I had my appointment at 15:30, theyd still make me wait half an hour. And I dont live around there. They changed my appointment yesterday with very few hours of notice and when I go the day after: Im told that Im early, pretend that my text messages are not reliable, tell me that I have to wait almost an hour and that I have to leave and wait somewhere else. Not very welcoming to be honest. I left and didnt come back. I give 2 stars because we all can have a bad week, but honestly the booking situation should be improved. Its very frustrating and a bit disrespectful to the customers time.
