Excellent Customer Service - I have an (at least) 40 year old Woodwarm stove (so that is a testimonial in its own right) so when I needed some spares I wasnt hopeful but not only did they identify my stove from a picture they we able to find and supply the part I needed (a baffle) very quickly and efficiently - brilliant customer service, highly recommend!!

completely wonderful service and products. i was guided with confidence to make my decision on two fires given the size of the rooms and the performance we needed and we are absolutely delighted. This is a big investment decision for us and Woodwarm made me to feel comfortable with the choices.

EXCELLENT! OUTSTANDING! FIRST CLASS! Customer service. After waiting approximately 3 months on our local agent to source us a replacement grate (which did not fit) we called Woodwarm direct and spoke with Rupert. After checking the stove model and dimensions of the new grate, even he was at a loss as to what might be wrong, as the dimensions given should have resulted in a perfect match. Rupert apologised for not having an explanation and the call was ended. We had resigned ourselves to somehow adapting the new grate to make it fit, when Rupert called us back. He had taken the trouble to investigate this further, searched the storeroom, and managed to locate the last remaining grate suitable for our stove. Better still he had it delivered to us within a week! It is so refreshing to find a staff member who actually wants to increase their own product knowledge and is willing to put the effort into finding a solution to customer problems. Based on this experience I will definitely be recommending Woodwarm stoves to any of my customers who may seek my advice. Thank you from N.Ireland.

Wonderfully engineered stoves from a company with traditional values and customer care at its core. For over twenty years I (Ablesweep) have serviced and swept literally hundreds of Woodwarm appliances and have consistently noted owners satisfaction! Indeed, I've also owned a Fireview for the last couple of decades. Constantly clear glass, lovely controls, superb flame picture and great heat. Anyhow, the point of this review is to acknowledge the professionalism and commitment from Woodwarm to collect from Scotland this stove for an age related repair and return it in 'like new condition '. Thank you so much for your kind attention when I made a telephone enquiry about woodwarm stoves yesterday (Jan 5th). With such a large purchase and a project like this (just a little out of my comfort zone) it was reassuring to benifit from your advice and to receive the technical pdf's that Karen kindly sent, Woodwarms customer service is as good as the word class stoves and products they sell.
