Your customer service is first class, the ladies I spoke to were extremely helpful. Thank you also for trusting in both my wife and myself as we explained the original problem with the dispenser, as we found it difficult to forward you a video of the problem. Its rare to find such excellent customer service, and we thank you again, from Steve and Pat Dunn. (Review added by daughter).
