Westhill Electric Bikes

Freedom and mental well being has greatly improved thanks to our Westhill Classic e-bikes. As we are now both retired, it was time to rekindle our youthful fun. Our bikes have been with us nearly a year and we have ridden over 1,000 miles. Thanks go to Austin and the team at Westhill. We are often asked about our bikes by people we meet on our rides. Of course, we are more than happy to answer their questions but the smile on our faces says it all. We now look forward to another year of more adventures on our Westhill bikes.

Id been considering purchasing a Westhill Link folding bike and had been in touch with Austin at Westhill Electric Bikes. On every occasion he responded quickly answering my questions. Recently I bought this bike and have found it a well designed machine and easy to ride. After a couple of weeks of use I had a few questions and again contacted Austin. These were answered quickly and efficiently. So as well as a great bike, I have found the customer service to be first class.

Received my Ranger on the 14th July and have just hit 250 miles. What a brilliant bike, well built and just a pleasure to ride. I cannot rate the company highly enough.

I am writing to advise you of the outstanding service I have recently received from Austin, a technician with Westhill bikes.I had purchased a Westhill Link on line from one of your distributers and it arrived without any assembly instructions. I contacted your offices as I live locally and arranged for my bike to be checked over following my assembly. Austin carried out this inspection and gave me a detailed description of what he had checked and where necessary adjusted. He answered all my questions enthusiastically and clearly. I am delighted with the Westhill Link and have been truly impressed with the support I have received from Austin.

Westhill Venture easily gets up ALL of the road hills in and around Inverness some are steep ,long and impossible for me on a standard cycle, I bought my Venture 12 months ago, I use it every single day come shine or snow , 3275 miles, 1rear tyre later this well built bike and all of its components are still going strong, I would strongly recommend the Westhill Venture, seriously good bike, seriously good fun. It has replaced my car so I am saving money and keeping fit at the same time.
