My niece had a 50th birthday meal at the weekend on sat , with lots of family and friends who came from across London to join her to celebrate , my niece herself actually lives in Yorkshire and in the past she has always enjoyed your food so thats why she chose yr restaurant to celebrate , And again on this occasion you didnt disappoint , as always the food was lovely and service was great thank you . Well well well! Such a poor performance by Mellisa. Today I went after work to have a nice dinner and I was alone bcoz I came just after work. The girl toke my order (skendar kebab) and left then she came back with just sauce and 4 peach of small bread and humus. Where as usually they bring humus, garlic sauce salad and two more sauces. So I was waiting for my salad which didnt turn up and my food came. So my understanding is that she thought oh this guy is alone just give him one source and thats it. Reminder for Mellisa that I am always there with my partner spending at least 40 to 50 (worth mentioning that we always leave 5 to 10tip). I am very disappointed that they just look down on you bcoz they thought one person not gonna spend a lot of money so service should be minimum. By doing that they just lost a customer that go there every week. Recommendation for people going to Mellisa restaurant alone dont go. I might rather spend my money somewhere else. Mellisa you just lost a valuable customer.
