Marcel surveyed a property for us and we were fully satisfied with his service. We got a very detailed survey from him which pointed out all the work we need to do with the estimated cost. Hes responsive, with clear communication, I called him back 3 weeks after the survey to ask questions about the house and he kindly answered all of them. I cannot recommend him enough.

Marcel helped us survey a property to buy. He was very responsive - able to fit the survey in for us the following week. What I like about Marcel is his honesty and passion for his work. For Marcel, the survey is more than just a report that he sends off and gets paid for, he also gave us a sense of the amount and cost of works required (which I've never seen before in survey reports), and clearly communicated any concerns he had. Buying a house is a very big and expensive decision, and Marcel cared deeply in making sure we had all the information necessary to make such a decision. Sometimes he came across a bit like an over-worrying parent (I can imagine Marcel rolling his eyes as he reads this hahah), but this is because he cares, which is special.

Marcel is a highly experienced and passionate professional. Excellent communication throughout the process always been prompt and direct and available for follow up questions even after we paid for his services. The final report not only included a surveying report in great depth but also provided architectural advise as part of his service.

Marcel has carried out two full structural surveys for me and I was recommend him by a close friend. He has also carried out surveys for members of my family. Working with him has been a pleasure. He is incredibly meticulous and thorough, and you feel he really cares about every little detail that would not otherwise have been noticed. He has been very flexible and understanding of my short window to push the sale through and has kindly worked to my deadline. Being a qualified architect as well as a building surveyor, he offers unique advice that I dont believe you would get with a standard survey. He goes over everything in intricate detail and leaves no stone unturned, so much so that I pulled out of the sale of a property which would have cost me a fortune and been very troublesome in the future and could have left me with an unsellable liability. As far as I am concerned the investment I have made in his surveys has been worth its weight in gold and I only wish others I have dealt with in the sale and purchase of property could have been as professional as him. I would not hesitate to recommend him and cannot rate him highly enough.

I've requested Marcels services on a couple of occasions now to conduct full home buyer surveys. I really appreciate Marcels expertise, honesty and detailed reports. The information he provides is exactly what a home buyer needs to know to make informed decisions on whether to go ahead with a purchase or reevaluate the purchase price. I recently requested a survey and Marcels detailed eye picked up subsidence. He was so helpful because he provided a detailed assessment of what would happen if the cause of the subsidence was removed and property underpinned. This was valuable as he was able to give me a view of the future of the house and the issues we would have to endure way into the future. Marcel gets into every nook and cranny and will find any issues no matter how small. I will never buy a property unless I get the green light from Marcel! Marcel, thank you for your amazing service.
