        OLIO food heros beware. This is not a good collection store. Olio rules are 20:30 collection but they will turn you away in total to come back at 10 pm only to give you pastries. Its very poorly organised and the manager isnt helpful. Multiple reports have been put in with OLIO. I hope they sort themselves out soon.

        Understaffed and there are very long queues in the evenings. The staff who are there are just rude. The quality of the stock can vary greatly, especially with the fresh fruit and veg but the chilled and other sections tend to be well stocked. They only have 2 self-service checkouts which is nowhere near enough during peak times.
