After initial call 6 months ago, Im still receiving unsolicited, unprofessional sales pitches from this company. How many different ways do I need to tell you to stop???

One of the best companies out there, only 4 stars because of poor aftercare: Quick response on instalation 5 starts. Instalation 5 starts. Aftercare 1 star, poor response, got some issues and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a reponse.

Solar4good, you won't regret it! This was number 1 company out of 4 that we asked for quotes. Solar4good were recommended by a friend which is always preferable. The quote was competitive, and the service was excellent. The communication of this company from Rahi and all his team, was reflexive and very efficient. The technical info was understandable, the survey, scaffolders and installation all ran smoothly. The timeline was well defined and we were informed of any changes of which there was only one, in good time. The panels were fitted by a pleasant, knowledgable team and now we are up and running. All brilliant!!

I have just had a really bad experience with this company. Fiona was lovely while she dealt with me during the enquiry, she was very diligent and responsive. Solar4Good (S4G) advised that they could fit 13 panels in my semidetached house based on the google map view. I advised that it looked to me many but they were adamant. I sign off the contract on 19 October and a suveyor came on 27 October. I did not have news for a couple of days so I called Solar4Good back to know what was going on, I had to e-mail a couple of times until they came back advising that the survey was incorrect, when I queried further they finally advised that the surveyor has quit without uploading the information of the survey so they had to send another surveyor which happened on 18 November. A couple of days later they advised that they could only fit 10 panels instead of the 13 initially advised!. I made a couple of queries about how they have arrived to that conclusion as I think they could be installed one or two more. They were not coming back so I had to chase them a couple of times, but no response was given. Then on 5 December S4G told me that they will not be doing the job as the installation of the cable from the roof to the basement where the electrical consumer box was very difficult. That was a surprise to me because 85% of the houses in London are terraced house and have the same configuration, at least mine is a semi-detached one. I really do not understand this people as I do not consider to run a cable from the roof to the basement to be a problem!, same that a lot of anthem cables you see in every house. I said that this was no reason to break the contract and that I would be claiming any additional costs that I will have with another supplier plus all the additional cost in energy for the 2 months they have made me waste in my attempt to install solar panels with them.
