Awful place. Kevin Purcey was very friendly to start with until we reported a problem with the car. An error light came on the car after a week or so, we had it looked at and we were told that the car had been in a front end accident and that the repairs were a botched job and that to put it right would cost 2000. We immediately contacted Kevin who would not help us at all and has now stopped responding our messages. DO NOT BUY from LCL autos nor Kevin Purcey. Dreadful response from owner after seeing my review, no support offered at all!

I have just purchased a BMW i3 from LCL AUTOS. Its my first dealings with Kevin, and I really hope to deal with him again when I wish to upgrade my car next time. I am normally very sceptical about having to purchase a used car because of past dealings with other car dealers and them thinking I am young and naive. Particularly, as I was trading in my car and the deal as it often is, all depended on the price on the trade in, and one can dread the offer being given. Definitely not the case with LCL AUTOS , and Kevin,is an absolute gentleman to deal with. Extremely polite in every manor and in fairness on the deal. He stands by everything that is promised and did it all before I had got there. I got a full new years MOT and 12 months warranty (paying a bit extra) It has been absolute pleasure in dealing with Kevin and I am so thrilled with my new car! Thank You Soooo Much!!!
