Happened to call them by chance because no other optician could give me an urgent appointment. I was offered an appointment the next day. When I visited I was floored by the amazing friendly service. Ended up ordering 3 pairs of glasses. Delivery was so quick and the prices reasonable. Whenever I had to contact them by phone they were so polite. Nothing was impossible. This is what I call service par excellence. May they remain profitably in Buisness for decades to come

1st Class Service, everything excellent - thanks Mr Shah. Lens options were clearly explained to me so I was able to make an informed choice and my glasses were ready very quickly. I prefer going to a local independent optician as I get a more personal and attentive service - would highly recommend.

That old school personal touch you don't get anymore from opticians who recognise you're voice before you've even introduced yourself. They can almost recall my whole family tree and only 2 or 3 of us wear glasses. Whole heartedly recommend. Ditch the high street brands and go see them for a bespoke and personalised service.
