        Get everything in writing. They left my flat half finished, 6 months after purchasing they still have not done thousands of pounds of work. Taking them to court in a couple of weeks as are 17 other residents

        STAY AWAY FROM THESE DEVELOPERS AT ALL COSTS. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. Once they have taken your deposit they do not care about you as a buyer. We should have seen the warning signs when we did an initial walk through and they had to refit parts of the kitchen because they initially did it wrong. When you try and get your deposit back because they are keeping you in the dark about what is happening with your flat they do not respond, now we will probably have to take legal action against them: PLEASE STAY AWAY!

        Most likely one of the worst developers in the UK. Theyve commissioned service from me half a year ago and they still havent paid me a penny. Theyve also lied several about if/when they are going to pay. If you are doing anything for them always ask to be paid upfront. If you want to buy a house better find some reliable developer instead.
