In regards to the mechanics to my 2 Alfa Romeos there is no one else I trust to work on my cars. He will go the extra mile if necessary to carry out an A1 job. I have been going to Steve with all of my cars for well over 15 years, never once has he steered me wrong. Honest as the day is long and always manages to find a solution to issues. The knowledge this man has, especially for my Italian ladies, is astounding.. I refuse to go anywhere else. His reputation for being one of the greats is well deserved. If you have an Italian, no matter the age, this is the go to guy. Experience beyond his years and now he has his own set up, couldn't be happier for him. I have know Steve for many years now and he the most honest and knowledgeable mechanical engineer that I have ever used. In the past, I have used other garages because Steve might be busy or on holiday and 9 times out of 10, I would always have to take the car back because the repair was not done properly. Although, he is mainly an Alfa expert, he has always been able to take care of my other vehicles also and I have never had any issues. Steve recently did a cambelt change on my Alfa GTV which I have owned for over 20 years. The car is now performing just like it did when I bought it in 1999. I believe Steve is a man of the utmost integrity and values his customers. This is not always the case with other garages.
