I also wish I had read reviews - returns are terrible cant believe you need to pay to return an item that was terrible!!! Wouldnt recommend and wont be ordering from them again I doubt my return will be processed anytime soon I cant stand businesses like this!!

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. Sent faulty goods back and still waiting for a refund after several weeks of chasing. First and last order with this company.

Placed two orders with this company and sadly had to return both. Each time the refund was processed really really late. I wouldn't have minded so much if I'd received notice from the company, but instead it was down to me to chase. Was anxious that I wouldn't ever in fact receive my refunds so I had to regularly call them for updates. I also got charged 2 x 2.50 admin fees for the return labels, probably the only online store I've shopped with in recent times to do this! Nightmare from start to finish, I would advise shopping elsewhere!

The lady on the phone was very professional and helpful as I was a little nervous , the neon 40 tights were lovely and silky and was a great gift for a relative
