        Highly recommend this place. I had a serious issue with my laptop. I had accidentally installed the wrong driver and it was causing a constant restart loop, where I could not even get onto the main Windows login screen. I took the laptop round, early afternoon, on a Friday. I was called a few hours later to say it had been fixed. The team also did more than I expected (at no extra cost), performing a "service", as one may call it, including updating the BIOS that I did not know was outdated, updating some Microsoft stuff and, with my permission, removing 2 pieces of free maintenance software that could cause issues. I was going to remove at least 1 of these anyway (which almost certainly caused the main issue), but they did it for me. They also recommended a paid anti-virus program, which I would pay for and they installed. I picked the laptop up again on Monday and paid for all in one go. Fully recommend this place!
