        I had rented an office for more than four years, I cease my tenancy due to increase in annual rent over the inflation rate. I left my tenancy on 1 January 2023 and since I left I have been trying to get my deposit back but without success. When I rang the manager, he actually hung up on me. I would be very careful before taking tenancy as you may have to go through this process to retrieve your deposit. I dont recommend taking tenancy and the staff are unhelpful.
