Beware!! You may have heard that this is a top roofing company but things have radically changed with the new management. We were entirely in their hands for over two years with what was a small leak and Mummery had zero ideas and solutions and charged us repeatedly for work which didnt solve the problem. They were simply incapable of diagnosing the problem and sorting it. If we could give zero stars we would. Their attitude makes things more difficult and is highly defensive, not problem solving. We were told they were 'doing us a favour' when they needed to put things right that had gone wrong. We were also criticised for paying for a roof survey in our desperate attempt to find the root cause of the problem. We have now sorted all problems with a different company but wanted to warn others not to use this company which is living off their past reputation. Service: Roof repair
