Recently contacted M.W. Mummery to carry out a repair on a leaking roof. They assessed the work and provided an affordable quote and explained exactly what was required. A date was arranged for the work to be carried out and the workmen arrived on time, were extremely polite and helpful. The repair was completed within two hours and the workmen offered to replace a cracked roof tile along with another which had slipped. They also reattached some lead which had loosened around the chimney stack. One roofer actually asked for some hot water to remove some bird mess which was on a 'hard to reach' section of one high window. Very grateful for this all to be done and would like to offer my thanks to all concerned. Would definitely use this roofing company in the future and would highly recommend. Service: Roof repair

Sometimes a service simply demands a good review. I've not had a lot of luck with roofers and have an old house with a troublesome old roof. Recent storms caused significant damage and i reached out to Mummery's in urgent need of work doing. Despite being very busy they went out of their way to come and view the issues within 24 hours of my contact. The quote was received the next day (it was far lower than another i had had) and the work was quickly booked and undertaken. The attending team were knowledgeable, polite and left the place perfectly clean as well as fixed! Companies like this last as long as they have for a reason! I was unlucky to experience ridge tile damage during the last storm. Mark Mummery called to see me the day after the damage and effected urgent dangerous work immediately. He then gave me priority for full repair which was carried out in such an expert manner. I cant thank him enough for this wonderful service - his experienced team did a great job and I am more than happy to recommend Mummery Roofing to anyone looking for roofing work. Brilliant job. Mr Mummery and his son Michael did an excellent job at a good price. Always on time, very efficient, tidy and good work and incredibly polite and courteous to deal with. We have used this company a couple of times over the last ten years and always good and reliable. I would highly recommend.
