The ONLY reason they want this is to absolve themselves of liability and instead put it on GP's.
Not a very ethical way of ''helping'' people.
As for the ''suggested donation'' of 25. Well that means a fee, a donation is wholly voluntary.
Too many charities are exploiting everyone and there to enrich the directors. Of which I'm sure there are many.
