Had a really helpful session with Gary who sorted me out with a set of new irons that were much more suited to my swing having had the last set for 10 years I'm now getting 10 yards more out of each club. Well worth the 30 mins!

Booked a fitting session with Gary as suggested by the golf pro that was helping me find a swing that worked with my age! The whole experience was fantastic. They not only have the ideal collection of clubs in all price points to try, but the technology and detailed data that they get, even for a high handicap person as myself is quite amazing. Gary narrowed things down and in the end my 12 year old clubs were replaced with modern day technologically advanced ones, the result was that for a 7 iron, my clubs were 120 yards carry, swing speed was slow but ok for my age. With the new irons I hit five consecutive shots around 160 carry and a couple out of the middle of the bat of 172! I was probably more warmed up but most of it was the clubs. The computer tracking showed me exactly what was going on. Driver went from 182 carry to 232 carry, a lot of work to do on my release but not a single destructive shot versus my old 9.5 degree Calloway on this new 10.5 modern club. I went into the session open minded on brands so have not shared what I bought as that way, like me you get to hit clubs with no preconceived ideas. Gary was careful to only show me products that were within my budget so that removed a stress! Overall, top marks!

Nice local golf shop with friendly service. If you don't see something on the shelf just ask and they will check their stock. Recommend a visit if in the area.
