Went in to get a zip fixed on a pair of trousers and I was charged for a new zip. The zip wasn't changed and initially it was returned with stitches that were messy. The person in the shop lied saying the zip had been changed (the photo shows it clearly hasn't) but the stitching on the trousers needed to be tided. All they have done is stitch over the damaged area (which is already starting to open) and no zip has been changed. When I questioned the shop keeper- he lied directly to me and no refund was offered. Avoid at all costs as they are liars and their quality of work is atrocious

Reasonably priced for simple dry cleaning, but avoid for everything else. Most alterations I've had were poorly done or only half-finished. Long wait (often over 2 weeks) to get dry cleaned suits back, with lengthy delays and lots of waiting around. Phones are rarely answered, or the phone is put down when they finally do answer. I don't live in the area, so as a result I've had to make wasted trips to collect items that aren't ready in time. The last straw came when I recently delivered a 1000 designer suit for tailoring. After waiting around for over a week to be measured by "their tailor", I changed my mind about having the alterations, but Master Dryclean had misplaced the suit with their tailor. After 2 weeks of chasing and 5 trips to the store, I finally got the suit back. It was badly creased, having been left stuffed into a carrier bag by their staff, the whole time. When it comes down to it there's a lot of empty promises - as an example over the years I've been told I will receive a call when my suits are ready, or even offered the option of free delivery - but no one has ever called me, or carried out such actions. It appears they will do just about anything to take your business and move on to the next customer. Finally, they lie as a matter of course. As an example, my brother took a brand new suit into them for drycleaning. When he came to collect it, he was told it wasn't ready because it was stained and they had to put it through for another wash. The suit was brand new and therefore had no stains. They frequently claim their phone line is down, and give out mobile numbers instead that go straight to voicemail. They can't manage customer expectations and just aren't professional, so I've now taken my business elsewhere.
