        Practice works by having to call at 8:30am in the morning and waiting in queue. Called at 8:30, at 9:10 the line cuts off and try redialing but call is failing. Eventually manage to go through again and end up really far behind in the queue. No appointments were available and I had just spent an hour waiting. Receptionist was very polite about situation but upon requesting appointment for another day, she said this wasn't possible and would have to call again in the morning on that day. Ridiculous system put in place that does not consider patients' best interests.
