Awful experience with your local postman - he's a relatively young white man and I hope my complaint is considered because I am tired of his conduct. Why do a job if you can't be bothered to do it properly? Note to him; the communal table of a multistorey block of flats is NOT a safe place to leave people's precious belongings. Everytime I order something that *sigh* comes via Royal Mail, I get a rude voice through my video doorbell telling me that my hard-earned purchases will be left on the communal table. I understand that stairs are trying for delivery people, however he can't even be bothered to use the lift! I've had numerous packages stolen and Royal Mail themselves have made claims a nightmare - or even outright impossible. Please, just do your job properly and stop letting my and others property be stolen.
