Mohammad and his team were exceptional from the moment we first met and he took down our criteria and designs, to the complete installation. His communication with us was excellent and kept us informed at all times, and would periodically inspect the property to check what stage the refurbishment works were at to plan the installation - we didn't even have to meet him on site at these times. I cannot recommend Curtains & Blinds Direct enough, they were professional, courteous, communicated extremely well, and by far the easiest contractor we dealt with. The after care is also fantastic, he has come by the house after 6 months to allow for a settlement period, and checked on the products he installed and made any necessary adjustments. He still keeps in contact to check if we are happy and we cannot thank Mohammad enough. Great and Reliable Service. I am very impressed with the service from start till end. They came to provide me a quote and suggested me right material. Manage to install 50kg curtains with very stylish tracks. Everything was perfect. Prices are much for more than other companies. I will definitely use again if required.
