PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN !!!! AN ABSOLUTE DISREPECT TO THE BUILDING INDUSTRY! I have had extensive work performed by TJ and his team. A single storey extension, downstairs shower room and upstairs bathroom fitted. TJ was initially contacted to undertake the architectural designs which were fine. They will then offer you their building team. The work performed was completed by June in Summer of 2015, but no one lived in the property until September 2015. Since then the work has quickly deteriorated, approximately 3 months after being in the property. 1. Two Velux windows within the extension are leaking. I have had recent quotes where both have said that they were not fitted properly and water is collecting within the window frames and need to be completely replaced. 2. Bath incorrectly fitted and is now leaking into the downstairs bathroom ceiling 3. Tiles cracking within the bathroom wall again advised by a professional that clearly the foundation was clearly laid incorrectly 4. Upstairs sink water leaking through the tap 5. Window in the kitchen incorrectly fitted, a gap that is too far from the window ledge The list goes on!!! Initially before I lived in the property I was very happy with the aesthetic and had referred him on to two friends , They too have experienced problems with him not coming back to finish jobs. TJ has been contacted on numerous occasions about problems and will send builders who never return. Its absolutely disgusting that he can take thousands of pounds and then turn around and tell you it's just wear and tear and that everything was fine at completion when I haven't even been issued with a completion certificate.
