Ive been a member for a while now, and although Ive had issues in the past they were usually dealt with, however my most recent order was a disgrace, after choosing express next day delivery to arrive in time for Jubilee weekend the order did not arrive until a full week later. I finally got through to customer service and my delivery cost was refunded, however when It finally arrived I found that my order was incomplete and beers missing, and now no contact from their customer service. As a result I have now cancelled my membership, sadly this company seems to be going down hill and the lack of care and interest to their customers is really showing and it is a real shame..

Poor service. No reply from repeated calls and email. Ordered a selection of non-alcoholic beers. The order took 2 weeks to arrive upon opening the order found there were alcoholic beers which are had not been ordered and the order of non-alcoholic beers was incomplete. Repeated phone calls on answered no reply to email. Not an honest company!

Thieves. Been Trying to cancel my subscription for a month now and they havent responded to any of my requests. Would not recommend.

Despite their good range of beer, the customer service/experience is very poor and, ironically, sometimes dishonest. The website's beer reviewing system is not to be trusted as it bumps up all ratings by 1 star. Their vegan labelling only covers a fraction of the beers that are actually vegan, meaning I have to spend hours Googling every beer. The website also has several frustrating technical flaws. I emailed them about my concerns weeks ago and never heard back, so I've taken my custom elsewhere.
