Reception customer service very bad

I visited today as my daughter (4yo) needed her flu nasal spray. The health care assistant Kim was amazing! She could see immediately that my daughter was a little nervous and was brilliant at putting her at ease. I won't give away Kim's secrets, but let's just say she introduced herself in a wonderfully imaginative way and made explaining what the spray is really fun and engaging. I'm so grateful for the care and consideration shown by Kim today.

The worst. I have no idea how the receptionist has a job. Relaying information to hospitals never happens. If you are able to try and avoid this surgery, avoid as hard as possible.

Ive just found out this practice is closing - which explains everything thats going on here! Dont waste your time registering!

DO NOT register here - stay away at all costs. They are dangerously incompetent, the reception staff is rude beyond belief and they are so disorganised, they cannot even keep track of repeat prescriptions. They show so little regard for patient health or well-being it is shocking. There are much better GP services in the area, I should have done my research before registering here - be careful.
