Unfortunately had many of the same experiences as people on here have, heard far too many excuses. Bought a lens, and two weeks later after many phone calls and texts, I have neither the lens I ordered, nor my money back. It's a shame because he sounds like a nice bloke. But at first I was told he was very busy and he was working on dispatching my order in the next few days, then it was he was trying to find the item I ordered, then the next time I phoned, he said he didn't have it anymore and then I asked for a refund. Looks like I'll be having to contact my bank to get a refund, as I'll just hear excuses every time I phone up. Really would reccomend that you avoid this seller.

Avoid! Paid for a lens and after chasing up MW cameras for well over a month (emails, calls, texts) MW cameras did not send the lens even after promising multiple times. I was fortunately able to get my money back.

I paid for a camera case . the I have never received and inspire of many emails and phone calls no joy . I still have had no refund. If I could give min 5 stars I would. avoid , avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all costs. Claims to have an item, sends out a clearly broken item, returned it with the promise of replacement/repair/refund of which neither of the three ever resurfaced. Called asking for a refund to which I was told it had been done immediately but nothing ever showed up. All further contact gets ignored.

Great shop! Great products and prices. The owner replies quickly on WhatsApp. Very flexible and helpful. I will definitely buy from here again.
