I made the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews, thinking how bad can they be? Cue two hours of them saying that either the food had been delivered or that it was on its way, when neither was true. It never came and they were horrible on the phone when I tried to complain. For your own sake, avoid at all costs

Had been ordering loyally from here for over 10 years, but in the past few years the quality has drastically reduced; orders are always wrong or late and food is now watery and nothing like it used to be. I think maybe it had new owners who didn't maintain the previous quality and complaints seem to make no difference so I stopped going after giving them several chances to improve. Very disappointing

I ordered from there website late evening, food never arrived, they dont answer phone, and i never got my money back. Everytime i call they say we will speak to the manager and you will get a call back but never happens. From previous reviews i can see more people had same issues, Stealing wont take you anywhere. Avoid this place people.

I ordered late night on a sunday/ early morning of a monday. 00:40 to be EXACT! come 1.30am i did not receive ANY updates! I called to see where the food was and NOTHING! All the man could say was i will call the driver to see where he is. Didn't get a call back so i called again about 30min later.... The man then said to me its taking up to 90mins to get food prepped and out! Ok... Come 2.30am!!! I called and no answer so I just went to bed. Next day i called to complain and address i paid for a service i did not receive! And what do they do? Take almost 3 days to say it was delivered at 2.10am..... It was noted in their system! So i asked for proof of that note in their system but APPARENTLY... Due to confidentiality or what not it can't be done... I don't know what confidentiality because the person it was meant to be delivered to is me! OBVIOUSLY they KNOW they didn't deliver the food! Otherwise they would have proved to me that it was delivered! I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT DELIVERY! And the fact they are trying to call me a liar says that much! To me its not even about the money but the level of customer service. No sorry no care in the world. Complete nonsense thieving business. This is not even the first issue I've had but this now cuts the line!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM WITHOUT A 3RD PARTY TO PROTECT YOU! NEVER ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE EVERRRR. I would give 0 stars! MINUS ZERO!!
