Wimbledon IT Ltd

We have been using Wimbledon IT for several years for all our IT and telecom needs. They provide excellent first rate IT support. We use them to support and maintain our network and servers including PCs, Cloud hosted services including backups and email. We recently moved offices and were having trouble getting phone lines installed. Wimbledon IT managed to sort it out in 48 hours when our previous supplier was unable to resolve for over two weeks! - We trust their support team and they are knowledgeable about a wide variety of technologies and security issues. We highly recommend them.

The first contact I had with Wimbledon IT was on a weekend when my main PC system decided to Blue screen!! I panicked as all my data was on it and I had quotes to do. Wimbledon IT kindly set up a temporary system that I could use for a day or so and recovered my system within 24 hours and I collected the PC on a Sunday! Following this I now host my website with them and they maintain our systems on a contract basis. Very easy to get along with and real care and dedication to their customers.

As a financial adviser, I need to ensure that my data is safely backed up and my systems encrypted. We have also had some issues where some hardware has crashed and the guys at Wimbledon IT recovered data and repaired the part. They are also advising me on cyber security issues and GDPR compliance for next year. They are always willing to have a chat on the phone to advise.
