Would recommend Brooke Inventory 100%. Having used various similar companies over many years, I was introduced to Eden & Justyna and its the professional service that All Landlords should receive. Professionsl, thorough & impartial. This is an essential piece to maintain high standards for all tenancies partnered with a good professional end of tenancy clean - many of which fall way below the mark. Having over 20 residential properties in our portfolio I would highly recommend. Many similar companies grow their business, loose their standards and Landlords pay the cost!
