The gym floor is so overcrowded it's unbelieveable, i feel that it is down to poor management, i tried to cancel my membership after 12 years but unfortunately i have to give 3 months written notice, before the refurbishment the club was perfect for me, It was like my second home, now since the refurbishment things have gone downhill. I pay over 600 a month for a family of 4 memberships, i don't visit the Spa, all i want is to get a good workout session in which is not possible due to overcrowding which i find that really frustrating...

Dirty jacuzzi!!!Complained to a shameless so called manager Charlie,who apparently forgot who and where he is,-no results,only rude and careless response that the jacuzzi is cleaned ONCE PER MONTH!!! Can only imagine how many germs are in that jacuzzi!Shocking,considering in a month time probably thousands of people were inside of it! And they clean only once per month! Unbelievable! High risk to contract skin diseases! Will be complaining to head office now.
