Unprofessional staff who can't communicate appropriately with their clients and just reading the childish responses on other reviews just proves that. Don't waste your time.

Awful service, bought 2 wowcher vouchers tried to book in advance. Advised the booking system can only book 3 weeks ahead. Tried to book the appointment I and advised that I have been a previous customer. I have never been there and want my money back. Absolutely dreadful experience and waste of energy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My lash lift came out uneven and when emailing to explain, they wanted to charge an extra 20 to return and get it fixed. My usual salon would not ever do this and always invite customers back if they are not happy with the original outcome. After telling them how dissatisfied I was, the management team did not care at all. I wish I read the Google reviews before visiting them as I was shocked by the replies they gave to their customers. They are so rude. Do not visit and waste your money on a discourteous company. Services: Lash perms, Lash lift

Disgraceful! I had a groupon on and confirmed my booking by email. Drove quite a while and when I turned up I asked for a glass of water and was told sorry they don't serve water. They then said they couldn't find the booking, made phone calls and asked to look at the booking confirmation again. Showed the email clearly stating the booking and was told I didn't actually confirm the booking. Last way you want to start any treatment, not that I could start it as they refused. Whilst there were 2 therapists standing around on their phones and zero customers inside... which I'm not surprised about. Avoid. UPDATE: they decided to tell groupon that I redeemed the voucher even though I clearly didn't. They emailed me and threatened me that if I didn't remove this review they would not undo the redemption. Just awful people.
