        I only had phone contact with Ideal Distribution Ltd, Cannock and both times the female answering could not have been more off-putting. I asked if they supplied Malmo flooring and was told they only deal with trade and would definitely not discuss any prices with non-trade. (I never even mentioned prices!) I then asked if they had any samples I could call and see as the builder was very busy working on our kitchen. Unable to find them, I then rang from nearby their premises (15 minutes before closing) for directions. I was very curtly told they were closing and would be coming out before I got there (I may have been within yards of their premises). Lost business for them of over 1K. Thank you Ideal Distribution Ltd of Cannock.

        Fantastic service from very friendly staff. Jamie and Tracey were so helpful nothing is ever too much trouble. I would recommend using Ideal to any builder after a one stop shop like I was. Thank you Ideal

        Used them when I had my showroom. Terrible customer service by their account department. They will harass you for small amounts of money.
