Creative and inspirational photographer. My wedding was on the 9th August 2014. Neil was amazing from when we first met him (me asking plenty of questions) to the end point of him delivering our super modern storyboard photo album and guest photo book. Neil was punctual, reliable and professional throughout my wedding day and his hard work paid off because the photographs are outstanding and really do capture mine and my husbands special day very well.

Our wedding was September 2019. Sadly Neil from first meeting him to the end when we finally got our album was NOT a pleasure to deal with. He was rude, he rushed us, didnt listen to which photos we wanted taking, many guests commented on his poor behaviour too. Even our wedding planner from our venue had to have words with him! Put a real downer on our day. We had friends married years prior warn us against using him and we wish we'd listened now. However the reason we didnt was because the albums he showed us beforehand and his prices/packages we better than any other we'd seen. We now know why :( I would warn anyone else against opting for the cheaper option as its not always the better option!! That said our final album and guest book were really nice(not as amazing as his album styles he'd shown us before booking)but still we were pleased with the end result. We had met with a couple of other photographers prior to booking with Neil who were much more enthusiastic, happy, positive and outgoing. Looking back now we wish we'd used them but nevermind. Just really consider your options before booking people! Its your 1 big day!

We met Neil at The Barns wedding fayre. We really hadn't thought the photographer through and had budgeted really low however after chatting to Neil we completely changed our mind on our photography. After booking there and then with him we left happy but with a little bit of nerves due to how much we spent compared to our budget. We met Neil a few times after at more wedding fayres, each time becoming more relaxed with our choice. The big day arrived and Neil soon become not only our photographer but a great addition to our wedding party. He helped the ladies get ready and when come down to us lads he adjusted our suits and amended our button holes which we put on wrong. (from the start already gone above and beyond) as the day went on we all gained a great bond with Neil and he put us all at ease with his great enthusiasm and banter. Myself and my now wife never laughed so much and always felt at ease even though we both usually hate our photo being taken. later on in the day we had Neil for his amazing photo guest book. All our guests commented on how good he was. In fact when he found us to say he was now done and leaving, it felt like a close family member was leaving the party. He really did make our day a really special one. We can not wait to see the photos now. 100% reccomend picture box. well done and thank you Neil Ash & Jody Brookes.
