We hired a motorhome from here to travel to Disneyland Paris, the motorhome was perfect for what we needed! All the staff at rising brook were so friendly and helpful we couldnt recommend them enough! Thank you all so much for supporting us when things went a bit sideways during our travels (No fault of rising brook) you made the whole experience less stressful and were so grateful! If we ever need to travel again we will defiantly be a returning customer! X

A+++ Friendly, helpful, no nonsense service and the best price I could find. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean and very well maintained. I would recommend this vehicle hire company over any of their competition, they are a pleasure to do business with.

We hire quite a few vehicles as we a promotions company and we cant fault Risingbrook for their professional manner always so very helpful courteous and polite. Yesterday when we collected a vehicle for hire an extremely rude woman was there to collect a van that she had not made a booking for .. accused the gentleman behind the counter for being arrogant and rude when actually the only person rude and arrogant was her!! Never the less the gentleman dealt with the situation in a calm and professional manner she then threatened to put a bad review online!! I was there!! She was incredibly rude.. aggressive and the arrogance from herself was disgusting! This company always bends over backwards for all its customers I know if she hadnt been rude they would have gone out of their way to help her. They are always so understanding and more than fair. I have used Risingbrook for sometime now and would never hire from any where else now Thank you Risingbrook for the professional way you deal with all situations and your kindness to us when we were stuck!! Honestly cannot recommend this company enough
