I visit here regularly to look for my next car. They have a really good selection of cars and the sales team are not pushy and persistent to get a sale, like other car super markets. The cars are a little more expensive than other dealers, but the stores are quick and convenient

To be fair only went to look at a model i had seen on the internet to get an idea, but liked the car so proceeded a bit further, already had a part ex in principle with another dealership who were going to bring a car down from the north for me. The sales lady was very helpful but the valuer came in with a 800 lower valuation and basically said take it or leave it with a bit of an attitude so i politely refused he shrugged his shoulders and sloped off and i went home and contacted the other dealership. Should collect my new car in a week or so. Available car is to be fair a pile em high sell em cheap end of the sales market so you gets what you pay for, overall a disappointing experience.

Had an appointment today with Chad and he was really professional and welcoming when coming in, it was my first time selling a car so he really did make me feel comfortable in the process thanks Chad!
