Never do I write bad reviews but I'm absolutely disgusted in the customer service here. Planned a whole day to drive a 5.5h round trip to collect a car only to be told it's been sold. Firstly we where going to arrange delivery but she said there would only be one staff member available on Saturday so we said we'd collect to which she replied "that's cool, the car might need a wash but we'll let you look around it and drive it then you can drive it home" We spoke to Jennifer 4 TIMES on the phone throughout the day prior who agreed to send over a deposit agreement, we even sent all our details of our car for part ex and in our eyes it was ours and we where waiting on jennifer (this was at 4;15pm, they close at 5pm) then was told at 9pm (only because I contacted them) that evening that they took another deposit on it earlier on?!?! Why where we not told this earlier on during our many many phone calls? I've missed out on a days wage to come and collect the car. All I got on WhatsApp from Mal was that someone else put in a finance deposit online and can do so at anytime so beware of having the rug pulled from under you if their staff aren't able to communicate with you about this even after making arrangements for collection with them.
