Signature Sofas

Somewhat disappointed after having visited a couple of times. Customer Service (Chris) was fabulous and very friendly but in the end I could not purchase the sofa I wanted because unfortunately the company does not offer finance agreements. So, I bought two sets of cushions and was really looking forward to having them made. I was told that it would take approximately four weeks for them to be made and that I would receive a call when they had arrived at the store ready to collect. They were ordered on the 28 February 2023 and it is now the 13 April 2023. Having called today, to check on the order I am now told that they were waiting on the material (as it is specialised) and that it should be in sometime this week and then the cushions should be ready for collection within the next two weeks! They're not even made yet. I received no contact from the company to say that they were waiting on material, or that there would be a delay and whether the material is specialised or not, 8 weeks to make 4 cushions at the cost of 120 seems a rather long time. Disappointed to say the least.

Well what a waste of time !!!! After reading all Google reviews (which I think are fake) drove for 2 hours just to find an outdated showroom with old designs and a really inconsiderate lady who didnt even care to entertain a customer who has just walked in with high expectations from this place!!! She couldnt even be bothered to hear what I wanted until I expressed my view of her!! Really really disappointed !!!

We bought our last suite from Signature Sofas and it's still in brilliant condition ( 15yrs later) but we decided we would like a new one. The staff are so friendly and helpful and patient, Christine took so much time over perfecting our order,we wouldn't go anywhere else . Can't wait for it to arrive !

Called in afterbeing recommended by my daughter in law. We had already been to other showrooms, the selection and quality was outstanding.the sales lady Chris was so helpful. Because of my mobility problem i needed cushions to be firmer than my wife's, we ordered 2 three seater settee one firm and one softer.no hassle at all from the staffs thank you very much, also the price was nearly half than the a Other sofa companies,
