Today Ive had my new shed and summer house delivered and built. It took longer than expected as everyone is talking about, due to illness. From what I understand F&S Garden services is up and running stronger than ever now. The quality and workmanship of the shed and summerhouse is excellent. Im so pleased with the outcome. The two lads who installed were polite and most pleasant to deal with. They took time to walk round the contractions with me to make sure I was happy with it all. I would definitely recommend these guys now Services: Custom shed design, Shed installation

I can't express enough how overjoyed I am with this product it's stunning!! As you can see I have a seating area as well. Well worth the money and the wait ... Thank you to Andy and his team Still sorting garden out a bit of a mess I'm afraid

Like others have stated, had placed an order and paid deposit for delivery end of November. Delivery was pushed back to December 8th and was a no show, all forms of communication are dead. Tracked down the owner on Companies House to Facebook. Left comments on his public posts and he deleted them. Not professional and now have to go through Credit Card company to get my money back. DO NOT USE!!! Edit: Got our money back through Credit Card. Services: Custom shed design, Shed delivery to installation sites

Although we waited five months for it to be delivered, our shed been delivered and erected today. The quality of the work, and materials is far in excess of what we expected. Please be patient with the owner, and have some compassion. He has genuinely been seriously ill with Covid, in and out of hospital, and still very unwell, but he is slowly fulfilling his orders. He is trying his hardest to work through his orders, with less than half his staff, and even today was rushed back into hospital, while his two lads delivered our shed. When he has caught up with the backlog we would have no hesitation in ordering a garden building from him, and recommending his work to friends and family. In fact we have already done so today. There is no scam involved in the delay. Unfortunately the business has been caught up in the backlash caused by Covid, and he has been coping as best he can, whilst recovering from a terrible disease. I had to give 1 star but it should be 0 stars.My dad ordered a summerhouse. It was supposed to be fitted the 2nd Dec then had a letter to say 15th Dec. I went to the company the wk before 2 people were there but never mentioned there would be any issues on the 15th and it was all locked up on the 15th. I've emailed and am still hoping they will get back to us in early January. If not I'll have to go through my credit card company to get the very large deposit back. I do hope the owner and any others who have covid are all recovering. Please please see these messages and reply to your customers to let them know when their summerhouses/sheds will be made and fitted. I'm sure the majority of us understand the delays and would be happy just to know when business will resume Just to let you know my dad contacted someone today 12/1/21 who has done work for this company. The owner has been extremely ill but will be contacting people end of this wk/next week. I'm glad the owner is recovering and am really hoping in a few months I'll be able to put a review to say my dads had his summerhouse and loves it. Sorry don't know how to reply to others. We haven't heard anything yet. We're giving it to the end of this wk (today's 25th Jan)then going through the credit card company to get money back. 11th Feb just an update, my dad has spoken to the owner. He has been extremely ill. My dad has every confidence that he will get his summerhouse. I don't seem to be able to make a new review so I'm adding to this one and changing my rating. The summerhouse is now built. They have done a very good job. The quality of the work is excellent. I have added a photo to the website. Andy and his company have been through hell and are still getting back on their feet but we would still highly recommend this company to anyone. We hope Andy gets back to full health very soon. Thank you for doing such a good job.

Today Ive had my new shed and summer house delivered and built.
