I bought 2 door closers from this company they arrived promptly , i fitted the first one and it was faulty so i phoned them , the guy who answered the phone told me i had to call the manufacturer in quite an abrupt manner , i told him that you was the company i bought the closer off its not my place to start calling manufactures you sold me the faulty closer, he then virtualy screamed at me down the phone and hung up on me . Now this is a total unacceptable way to treat a customer , i called back straight away and a guy call nigel answered i said i`m the guy you just hung up on he said that wasnt him , i had to take his word at that so dont know if it was same guy, anway he told me in a better manner that i will have to call the manufacturer and speak to tech and get there ok that its faulty so i did, then i called euro access back and confirmed it was faulty and gave them the tech guys name , he then arranged for the return telling me that the closer had then got to go to the manufacturer for them to confirm its faulty then they`d send me a new one . NOW WHAT WAS THE POINT IN ME CALLING THE MANUFACTURER !!!!!!!!!!! This companies methods and how they deal with customers is rubbish they really need a rethink
