Excellent service.Knowledgeable staff.went in to post important docs.Staff advised me of the options and assisted me in the deciding the right option etc.staff asset to Post Office & local community.

Needed to top up electric meter before BH , website said closing time is 14.30. Arrived at 14.00, only to find the shop shut!!!! Totally unsatisfactory!!!!

Wanted to sort out some money that I had won on the lottery, as it was a lottery outlet they wouldn't pay me, girl behind the counter couldn't help and the other woman wouldn't help, disgusting post office wont use it again. RUDE staff.

Used the post office today and found the counter staff to be the most professional and helpful that l have come across in recent years. Despite the ling queue behind me, nothing was too much trouble. Very polite and excellent service.

I always try to avoid this place now. The staff are hopeless and know nothing. They are also extremely rude and snotty every time you go in. All I asked nicely yesterday was if I could track a signed for service and she very very rudely said No you get what you pay for. Downright rude and unnecessary response. A polite no and then recommendation for a tracked service would have been suffice. The girls in the old Co-Op post office were lovely have no idea why they no longer seem to be around. They at least were polite and knew what they were doing. Royal Mail need to seriously review this post office and conduct checks. All staff need the sack (pun not intended). Will be going out of my way to use the Cannock WHSmith branch in future.
