        If you retun an item with QR code or bar code, they don't want to know, always excuses can't scan, would help if they read what they have to scan on the label. So rude, no other post office has this issue. Four times I've been sent away

        The women in the Post Office is extremely rude and does not know how to issue car tax without the green slip. Very unprofessional told us she had been doing the job for twenty years. Left the shop and went to the Post Office in Brownhills who dealt with this us straight away and issued car tax with the V62 form only. This women needs retraining and maybe could do with some customer care training as well
