Rubbish as Im having a conversation then they transfere me tk a site that wants to charge tk hell find a parcel that Royal Mail delivered to a incorrect adress

Waited in all day for a special delivery parcel to be here by 1pm and as of 7.30pm nothing has arrived. Yet another totally pathetic service by royal mail and they wonder why they're losing money hand over fist. Most unreliable service put there............

Great service, easy communication, very friendly staff, relatively easy access, car park over road or around corner. Not sure why people leave bad reviews for things out of the staff's control
