10 days ago I approached MSJ as I had used him in the past and was satisfied. An appointment was made for dinnertime 20th Dec 2019. I arrived back at my house and started to get ready for his visit when I found a card pushed through my letterbox. I phoned him and he told me that he had been running early and now could not come as he was on his way to Rugeley and then Tamworth. In fairness to him he did say that he would try and come sat or mon, both dates I am working I am now stuck with no hot water till after Xmas as I am not going to be able to get anyone. I have cancelled him and will not use him again. He made me feel as though it was my fault although I had been there at the time allocated.

We recently needed our boiler changing after it had been condemned as unsafe by British Gas. Mark Was absolutely brilliant. I cannot commend him enough for doing the work, on the day agreed. Garage left neat and tidy. Brick match where old flue had been removed perfect. You wouldn't know he'd been apart from we now have a shiny new boiler and a hive thermostat to control it to perfection. A job well done
